Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Art of Beauty Aesthetics & Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to our services, we kindly ask all clients to respect our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically applied to the card on file.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in the event of a documented medical contraindication that prevents treatment. A physician’s note is required to qualify for any refund consideration. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for missed appointments under any other circumstances.
